One BIG Saturday!

 Daddy & Eva Saturday morning!  She was enjoying just relaxing in his arms!

Granny & Gramps arrived Friday evening, so let the fun begin!

 Michael and I ran a 5k Saturday morning, my first time!  We both did well.  Michael finished in 26.43, and I finished in 39.22! I was so excited to finish in under 40 minutes.  My time on the treadmill had been 47min. After he finished he came to meet me (with water!) to finish with me, it was great!

 After coming home for showers and lunch we were off to the SLC Zoo for the afternoon!

After our zoo adventure we ended the day with a great dinner at P.F. Changs, so, so good!!

T-ball, VBS, and everything in between!

 After a week of crawling...Monday morning Eva standing up in her crib for the first time when I went in to get her!

Monday morning we had Madilynn's first t-ball practice...all ready to go!

 She's practicing hitting with the coach...pretty good hit you can see her ball about to touch the ground if you zoom in.

 Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings Madilynn went to VBS at the park she had lots of fun and even got to tie-dye a t-shirt!  It was good to have a little one-on-one time with Elizabeth too while Eva napped!

 By Wednesday morning Eva made it down the hall into the girls room to play with their toys...

 She thought she was "big" and loved playing in their room for awhile!!

 Thursday night was Madilynn's first t-ball game!

 Friday at nap time Eva decided not to go to sleep immediately and instead played for an hour or so first.  When I went in to get her I found her like this...sitting up with her head leaned over onto the bed...not a great nap day

Some firsts for Elizabeth...

Tuesday afternoon we took the girls fishing!  Elizabeth's first time to go fishing!! She enjoyed her pink fishing pole and watching "the bob" as she called it...it was so funny!

 Eva was along for the ride and enjoyed it from the stroller!

 Thursday afternoon Eva loving the deck, and that she can crawl!  Her knees are showing it...they are so red!

 She's loving being able to get around to all the toys, now they are strowed everywhere though instead of neatly kept on her blanket- ha!!

 Saturday morning I took the girls to have their haircut. This was Elizabeth's first haircut!!

 Madilynn had her hair trimmed as well and wanted this kind of braid - wow! Not sure I'll be able to do that one for her - pretty cool!!

 Saturday afternoon we rode bikes on our street with the girls!  Eva loved it she rode around just like this...

 Then we headed out back for a little pool time!

Home...and Eva crawling!!

So, after getting home late on Friday night we had a very lazy Saturday and Sunday to recoup and adjust to the time change.  Also the weather here was cold and rainy, so we just took full advantage of our inside time and watched movies together!  By Monday afternoon it finally warmed up some and the girls made it out to the swingset for a bit...

 Then to the front to ride their bikes.  We let Eva try out the car and she loved it!

So, on to the crawling!!  Eva had been getting up on her knees and kind of rocking the whole time we were gone.  I think she was just waiting so Daddy could see, because Saturday morning we were playing downstairs still in pajamas and there she went crawling for the piano toy.  Finally actually moving her knee and arm forward!!

Here she is (with much improvement) Monday morning crawling to the laundry basket!
