doing some letter lacing - this has been fun for Elizabeth too! I didn't exactly think/plan ahead that I would be teaching preschool as well, but that's what we're doing. Elizabeth sits right up at the table with us during school and has plenty of fun activities to do as well. We are doing letter of the week, numbers, and shapes.

I somehow managed to even make a couple of new recipes...these Spinach Lasagna rolls turned out great and we even enjoyed the leftovers!
We've had a very successful first week! I'm so excited to watch these girls learn new things!!
