Well, Elizabeth is just over one week old and we are doing well. Trying to rest when we can. Elizabeth still does a lot of sleeping, I forgot how much they sleep in the beginning. After a weight check appointment on Saturday Elizabeth is now at 7lbs. 4oz. our next appt. is next Monday for the 2 week check up.

Tuesday (day after we got home from the hospital) Daddy took Madilynn with him to run errands and go by his work. Madilynn told everyone there about her baby sister "Wisabeth", they had a great time together. 
When Daddy gets home from work, he gets all the attention...
I thought I'd show off the back of that head...she has some hair, more than Madilynn did and it seems a little darker, but it does still have a red tint to it.
Madilynn has done just great with Elizabeth. Just this morning she came in and said, "I wuv you, Wisabeth" and gave her a kiss on the head. Then she wanted to hold her, so she did for a little while. Here she is giving Elizabeth kisses.

Madison and I really enjoyed looking at all of the pictures of beautiful baby Elizabeth! She is just perfect! I'm so glad Madilynn is doing so well with her. Being a big sister is a big deal! :)
Madison is a little bit jealous and wants a baby sister too, but I'm trying to talk her into being okay without having one. ha ha :)
